Kedah Jamboree (mountain biking)

century ride 2009

this event is held annually in ipoh. its a marathon event for cyclists and its held on the 19-july 2009 and it will be flag off at 7.00am sharp at the BUKIT KINDING RESORT, TG. RAMBUTAN
the route is 160 kilometer will covered in a scenic and challenging route that will take participants through historic towns like sg.siput, chemor and kuala kangsar.the itenary is as follow
5.45am---registration and check-in
6.30am---briefing
7.00am---flag off
12.00noon--broom /sweeper wagon move out
2.45pmpost ride /buffet lunch
4.00pm---lucky draw
